55wwr Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 55wwr website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related services accessible at 55wwr.io.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or interacts with the 55wwr Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account by 55wwr.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• "Local Payment Method" means any of the supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Game of Chance" means any slot, RNG table game, or virtual product whose outcome is determined by a certified random number generator.
• "Live Casino Game" means any game streamed in real time from a professional studio and operated by a human dealer.

By accessing the 55wwr Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device used to access the Platform. The Platform is designed to be used on mobile browsers without requiring a dedicated application download; however, these Terms apply equally to any form of access.

To register and maintain an Account on 55wwr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55wwr strictly prohibits access by individuals below this age threshold. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register as Users.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 55wwr is lawful in your country of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either applied voluntarily through 55wwr's tools or imposed by any competent authority.
• You must not have had a previous 55wwr Account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate accounts. 55wwr employs technical and manual verification measures to detect multi-accounting.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 55wwr may, at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any point during the life of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access your Account.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 55wwr customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 55wwr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

55wwr reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A chargeback has been initiated against a transaction on the Account;
• The Account has remained inactive (no login or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account (including any Bonus Funds) may be forfeited at 55wwr's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method where technically possible.

All financial transactions on the 55wwr Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and other methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account Balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 55wwr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 55wwr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, 55wwr will contact you to agree an alternative method.
• 55wwr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.

55wwr implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with international best practice. All transactions are monitored, and 55wwr reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that triggers internal AML review criteria.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 55wwr Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets are set out in the relevant game information pages and supplement these general provisions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 55wwr does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game titles. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be changed at 55wwr's discretion with reasonable notice.
• 55wwr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game that was affected by a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or market description. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Sports betting settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments). In the event of a result dispute, 55wwr's settlement decision is final.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds adjustments and market suspension. 55wwr reserves the right to suspend any live market without notice if the integrity of the market cannot be assured.
• Game of Chance outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot or RNG table game is published in the respective game's information panel.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Their individual game rules, displayed within the live game interface, form part of the terms governing each session.

55wwr offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from real-money Balance. They cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each promotion carries a specific Wagering Requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward Wagering Requirements; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• 55wwr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 55wwr Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated Balance may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions ("bug abuse");
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, particularly in poker or multiplayer game formats;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds originating from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained sources;
• Registering more than one Account per individual (multi-accounting);
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at 55wwr staff or other Users;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location via VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

All content on the 55wwr Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, game assets, and software — is the intellectual property of 55wwr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the 55wwr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Third-party game providers retain full intellectual property rights in their respective game titles and content. Use of those games through the 55wwr Platform does not grant any ownership or licence rights in those titles beyond what is required for normal gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55wwr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside 55wwr's reasonable control, including internet outages, data centre failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User failed to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by a User in the course of betting or gaming, including any financial loss resulting from those decisions;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party payment processing that result in delayed deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contains an error subsequently corrected by 55wwr.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55wwr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

55wwr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 55wwr.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of identity verification documents, transaction records, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

55wwr does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.

55wwr is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure notifications that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion, during which access to the Account is suspended. Temporary exclusions may last between 1 week and 12 months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55wwr Platform, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first contact 55wwr customer support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute. 55wwr will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of receiving your written complaint.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within that period, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 55wwr management team, who will review the matter and provide a final written response within a further 14 calendar days.
3. Binding Decision: In all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and Platform operation, 55wwr's final written determination shall be conclusive, except in cases of manifest error or fraud.

These Terms are drafted with the Bangladesh market in mind and are written to be consistent with the general principles of contract and consumer protection that apply to online entertainment services accessible in Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive any User of statutory rights they may hold under applicable law.
